2002 Cadillac Escalade Brakes continue to smoke

My Service Stability System light is on, however that has not been the cause of my brakes smoking.

Recently I had my Rear Rotors, Pads, and Calibers replaced. I had to replace the Caliber twice. Also, the rear brake lines were replaced.

The system was bled and front brakes were checked. Currently, the brakes continue to smoke. What else can be done to fix this issue?

Is it just the rear brakes that are smoking? Were the park brake shoes adjusted during this service, and perhaps too tight. If you raise the vehicle, can you turn all four wheels with about the same resistance?

Yes, all wheel turn normally for a few miles. After driving the vehicle for about 25 min the brake pedal gets stiff and feels look the Calibers are engaging by themselves.
Next, when you start you have to accelerate to get the vehicle to move forward or reverse. Consequently, the bakes began to smoke.

Sometimes, it would go a week without any problems then start again.

I did feel the front brakes grabbing a little as well. You can smell the brakes smoking on all 4 tires.

Has there perhaps been something other than dot 3 brake added to the master cylinder? It would be helpful to at least find out why the stability message is on, this would require reading the DTC's with a scan tool. Usually a generic code reader will not communicate with ABS.
