1999 Cadillac Escalade grabbing

when i barely touch my brakes they grab about throwing me through the window. sometimes i pump them and it helps a little but still grabs. does this have anything to do with anti lock break problems? thank you.

Have you checked the pads? You may have an oil or some other contamination on the rotors or pads...Is the ABS light on?
