My Cadillac is displaying "Fuel System Problem" and I can't hear the fuel pump cutting in. Could it be an electrical problem? If so, how do I know which wire is related to the fuel pump?

Test the fuel pump fuse 20amp and fuel pump relay-at the fuel pump connector power the gray wire from the battery and see if the fuel pump comes On.
