I switched the temperature cooling sensor, and was able to get the single cooling fan to work for only a couple seconds. It will not work now, only when the AC is on and both fans are running.

We need to start with checking the relay and if we are getting commands to turn the fan on.

Clearly the fan works if it comes on when the A/C is on, but we need to find out if there is a control or relay issue.

Also, we need to start with checking the cooling fan fuse. If the fuse has blown then we need to replace it and retest the operation.

I suspect there is an issue with the relay that is causing the fuse to blow so let's start with this info.
