1999 Cadillac El Dorado Stability System

My warning light for Serv Stability SYS light goes on and off. Aat first I was able to reset it by restarting the car and then it would go off. Now it stays on......everything works like normal and the same as it drove before except my gas mileage has dropped by 6-9 MPG according to the computer....is this a sensor issue or the early signs of an expensive repair?

What will this cost to repair?

This was a Cadillac executive car for 3 years out of Dearborn Hgts. (Car Fax) It has been a GREAT car, no problems....is this the beginning of the dreaded end? Has anyone seen this issue before that could give me a heads up on what to expect?

No brake work but the ABS light and the Traction control do go on when the service stability serv light goes on.

ok scan your codes for me, off and warmer on the heater controls at the same time, ( no warmer button, use down on the mode button for warmer ) with your key in the on position, write them down and post them here!!!!
