Message center will indicate "battery not charging" when I start the car in the a.m. After driving a few minutes, the alternator kicks in and the battery begins charging (14.0-14.5). With several starts during the day everything runs normally.
Next a.m., again the "battery not charging" appears again until the car is driven about a mile. I have had all electrical checked out...Should the alternator be replaced or is there another solution?
