There is no theft deterrent module on a 97. The pass-key components are the key, the ignition lock cylinder, starter enable relay, instrument cluster, and powertrain control module. The universal theft components are the door ajar switches, trunk lock cylinder, instrument cluster, and body control module(pzm).
