1997 Cadillac El Dorado Spark plugs misfiring

1997 Cadillac El Dorado V8 Automatic 118000 miles

My car started running rough so i got a diagnosis on it and it said my plugs was misfiring. We put new plugs and wires on it and still is doing the same thing. What else should i try?

When changing the wires, were any of the coil terminals corroded? Did the diagnosis include which cylinder(s) were misfiring? Possibly a faulty injector with that cylinder. Does it misfire under load, or all t time?
