You more than likely have broken wires at the ignition cylinder. The proper method of repair is to have the cylinder replaced. You can bypass the system, if you know your key value, and find the two small white wires in an orange conduit, at te lower column electrical connector. Substitute the key with resistors of same value across the terminals.
