Get an intermitant slight tug or studder once the car is at cruising speed with or without the cruise control on.

Have already done the following
Added Fuel conditioner
Changed plugs and wires
Changed FPR
Cleaned Throttle Body
Cleaned PCV Valve
Checked for Arching

Could it be an EGR. TPS Coil?

Check MAF and fuel pressurer, follow this link for fuel testing, autozone rents the tool and refunds all money when the tool is returned.

Doubtful on EGR or TPS. My guess would be TCC (torque convertor) engaging and disengaging at the wrong time. This is generally referred to as "fishbite" as you so well stated. Transmission repairs such as this could get quite costly. Make sure whoever you take it to knows Cadillac transmissions.
