1996 Cadillac El Dorado code P1380

We have been getting code P1380 on our car. It runs rough fom time to time so I changed the plugs. Which helped for about 3 starts and stops then the code came back. I was told that the camshaft positioner sensor might be the problem. I can't locate the sensor. Can you tell me where to find it? Also could there be another problem causing this code?

The CPS is located on the front right side of the motor on the cylinder head. Hope this helps and thanks for your donation.
