What would be the normal running temperature of the car because it runs from about 192-205

The operating temperature range for this vehicle is 192 F to 219 F.
The thermostat valve should begin to open when the temperature of the coolant reaches 89° to 93°C (192°to 199°F). When the coolant reaches 104°C (219°F), the valve should be fully opened.
So, you are well within the normal range.
