Every time i drive my car the car starts to jerk and then it just shuts off i always have to jump start the battery..and the rpm goes over 3 ..what could be the problem

If it stalls out and you have no battery power, you could have a charge system problem. Check the charge voltage for something around 13-14 volts. The higher RPM could be a default for when there is low charge output.
