I blew my back passenger tire and it pulled some wires out so I got a new tire. spliced the wires back together. replaced the fuel pump fuse and now it will not turn over or bring anything up on the dash or radio, cannot roll up or down the windows . The horn and headlights are on if the battery is plugged in. It is acting like there is no power with a fully charged battery. please help I am without a car at the moment.
