Clicking when I turn.

I have a '92 DeVille Sedan, 110k miles, V-8. It makes a loud clicking noise when I turn left (going any faster then 40 mph ) but not right. We checked the boots on it, they seemed fine. Is it the tie rods? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

The joint can wear out without bad boot! Re check the cv-joint!
