98 deville northstar crackling noise

when i drive my car sometimes ill hear this crackling noise when i hit the accelerator. when its hot, i can still hear a crackling, sort of knocking noise when ideling. when i start her up, i dont hear it but after awhile of normal driving, it starts up again. sounds like if something metal is bouncing around internally. any help answering question is most appreciated.

Try a top engine clean, sounds like carbon, since it doesnt do it cold
