Transmission problem
2004 Cadillac Deville V8 Front Wheel Drive Automatic

I have replaced all sensors, EG Valve, and cat converter. [$650] One and only code left is for some very slight slippage in the transmission torque converter. Thats a $2,000 repair just to get this car through Oregons stupid DEQ test. Is there some way to turn that dumb light off? I'd cut the wire but I simply can't find it.

If you were to cut a wire, it would not necessarily solve the problem. You could clear the code, and hope it doesn't reset for a while, the problem is it also resets the I/M readiness status'.
