2003 Cadillac Deville whine or hiss

I have a 2003 deville that I had to replace the power steering pressure line....now when the steering wheel is straight I hear a faint hiss but when I turn the wheel it goes away. Could this be the pump? Please help

Was pump run dry ? If so you maybe hearing pump noise. Also recheck fluid level turn wheel lock to lock to remove any air.
