Is it just a single pump, or dual pump system? Have you checked the maxi fuses in the underhood fuse block. Often times what will happen is the connector for the pump has been damaged by heat, and the terminals may be making poor, or no, contact. Also check the solenoid under the upper engine cover on the rear, that both the vacuum lines are still connected to it.

Same here, replaced secondary. Seems like it is still stuck in limp mode.
Strange though, never throwing us a code, fixed many things, o2sensor, mass air flow secondary.
Still stalling and no performance.

Yep, this happens when the combination valve goes out, there are two of them so I would replace both unless you see an obvious problem. here are the instructions in the diagrams below on the location and how to change them out. For the limp mode I would service the throttle actuator.
Here is a guide:

Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know what happens.

Thanks for the info guys, we are trying things. Strange now when we accelerate there is a bogging sound that flutters, goes down step on gas, flutters. Wonder if we need to replace maf again because we just replaced it cpl months ago. So far.

Did you replace the the combination valves? These can cause performance issues as well.
