2003 Cadillac Deville check coolant level

Hi guys , I have a 2003 deville , the check coolant level light comes on almost 99% of the time. The coolant level is ok actually it is over the full when cold line. Sometimes it stays off for 2 or 3 days then right back to every time you start it.Bad sensor and live with it or is there an easy fix.
