how do i know if my car needs wheel bearings when im driving i hear a noise it get louder when i go faster an i got new tires

Does it change when you sway, or otherwise provide some steering input right or left? There can also be some looseness felt when grasped at 6 and 12, and rocked. You can also check for play when grasped at 3 and 9 as well, these were also candidates for loose tie rod ends. The above is to be done with the wheels lifted.
