2001 Cadillac Deville
i closed frt passenger door and there was a loud snap now the window will roll down but will not roll up. repairman diognosed the problem without removing door panel. he said it was the motor modulator, i have a gut feeling that it may be something less expensive, any suggestion, i don't have a tool to remove the panel. thanks
