rear schocks wont go down, pump runs all the time, when it shuts off the schocks wont go down. Sits lke its jacked up

Look at the height sensors on the rear control arms. See if one or the other is disconnected, or damaged, otherwise telling the system that it is too low. It may only have one sensor, if just equipped with automatic level control, it will have two if equipped with road sensing suspension.
