When A/C is turned on , Im getting cold air
from the 2 passenger side vents. The driver side vents only blow warm air, but after awhile the air
iturns to outside temp only.
Are there Vacuum units in these ducts that open and close and where are they located?

Thanks

Gone are the days of vacuum actuators, it is all electrical now. It is possible that your system is low enough on charge that the ducts farthest away don't get cold. It is also possible that you have an actuator or blend door fault. Do you by chance hear the compressor engage when you cycle on and off?

Then if you are not getting any low refrigerant messages, you need to have the system scanned for codes. The HVAC system will set codes relevant to which actuator may have failed, there is no other way to determine.
