2001 Cadillac Deville A/C isn't cold on driver side

My air conditioning seems to be blowing good. But it doesn't blow cold on the driver side. It blows extra cold on the passenger side though. It also does that in the winter with the heat, It will blow hot on the passenger side but cool on the driver side. what could be causing that?
