2000 Cadillac Deville Front driver side window

I closed the driver side front door and window fell into the door. Is it just off track or what. All other windows work fine.

usually if they are off the rtack they will jam and not work properly, sounds like you may have a problem with the regulator or motor.Need to remove th edoor panel to physically look and see what broke
