The emergency break does not automatically release when the gear shift lever is put into drive. You must reach under the dash and manually press the manual release lever.

Possibly a faulty solenoid, or problem with the release mechanism from the solenoid. It shows there are two relays controlled by the rear integration module. It could be any of these at fault as well. There is a white and a red wire at the solenoid that should receive power when the vehicle is put into gear, it does not have to be running. This will narrow it down to a solenoid fault, or suggest further diagnosis.
