as i was rolling my window up it made a loud snap and the window will not move up or down by switch, u can move it with your hands though.i took it 2 the cadillac dealer and without even looking at it he said it was the regulator and the cost of the regulator alone is over $400.00 not including labor.could something else be wrong since it made the loud snapping sound!and isnt $400.00 kind of high just for the regulator.if any one has any input i would be very grateful, i'am supposed to take it in at 8:00a.m. friday 02/26/09 thanks!!!
