I WAS TOLD THAT A COIL IN THE COIL PACK ISN'T IGNITING THE SPARK PLUG, DO I HAVE TO BUY A NEW PACK?

coil is a sealed unit and need to be replaced
no serviced parts in it

yes the whole coil pack needs replaced, there in the top of the valve covers, make sure it comes with new spark plug boots
