Is there a wiper motor relay?

Is there a wiper motor relay on a 99 Cadillac Deville? I have replaced the motor and the circuit board and it still will not work. I have also replaced the fuse under the hood.

Hello there,

Here is the location and the wiper wiring diagrams so you can do some testing.

there is also a rain sensing unit that could be causing the trouble as well.

Here is a guide to help test the relay which is under the passengers seat.
