1999 Cadillac Deville water pump

1 have a problem 99 deville need to if water pump is going bad or needs changed i just replace coolant tank hoses look good problem is when i start the car water pours out from underneath it has north star engine looking in front to the left straight back is where the leak comes from i can see exactly where but would that be a water pump issue

water pump will leak water out of its weep holes when it starts to fail. if you are certain the coolant is coming from the water pump's weep holes then it does need replaced.
