1999 Cadillac Deville V8 Front Wheel Drive Automatic

A/C is working fine I get cold air from the defrost vent but No AIR FROM THE MIDDLE VENTS and air from the floor vents

You are dealing with a vacuum leak problem. The vent doors are actuated by vacuum. If the loss of vacuum occurrs, you can't switch direction (defrost is the defalt position). Check under the dash for leaks. Also, with the engine running, you may get lucky and hear a hissing sound where the leak is located.
