replaced a rear shock and car is jacked up in back to it's highest point. how can i level it off?

Aside from a scan tool commanding it to exhaust, you can disconnect a shock air line and it should depressurize. If it returns to full height over time, you could have a problem with the system exhausting due to a faulty solenoid.
