Hello,
I have a 1999 Cadillac DeVille, and I have 2 error codes present on my OBD2 diagnostics. The check Engine light is on, and the OBD says error code: PO741 Torque Converter Clutch Solenoid Circuit Performance or Stuck Off.
and P0307 Cylinder 7 Misfire Detected.

I know how to clear the trouble codes, but I need to know how to repair the problems. I have already had the plugs and wires replaced, but did not solve the trouble code, and the car still idles rough.
Additionally, I have no clue where to start on the P0741 problem.

thank you for your time, attention, and advice.
