hard to start cold, when warm starts no problem. I changed wires, plugs, PCV, fuel filter, fuel press regulator..

Check the fuel pressure if its within specs if okay-test the coolant temperature sensor, fuel pump relay and the fuel pump and oil pressure sending unit-

KOEO the fuel pressure should be 48-55psi
