HI,

A WEEK AGO MY BREAK PEDAL SEEM TO BE STUCK (WON'T GO DOWN) AND THE CAR WON'T START.

I THOUGHT IT NEEDED OIL SO I PUT IN 3 QUARTS IN AND THE PEDAL WENT DOWN AND THE CAR STARTED.

THE NEXT DAY IT WAS STUCK AGAIN. NOW I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO.

I can not see why the brake pedal would not go down until you put three qts of oil in the engine. The brakes work seperate than the engine. How is the brake fluid? Try shifting the car in neutral then try to start it. There could be a problem with the neatral safety switch. I know that when a engine is not running the brakes seem like the old cars without power brakes and are hard to push down. Try shifting to neatral then start the car.
