1997 Cadillac Deville What's wrong?

Engine problem
1997 Cadillac Deville V8 Front Wheel Drive Automatic 113, oo miles

Driving on the highway the car started to read 0% oil, check coolant level. Then it started saying over heating, idle engine, then stop engine. There was oil and coolant in the car but after that happened and the car cooled off I checked and all the coolant had emptied out. I filled it and 15 minutes later it was empty and reading the same messages again. Went to mechanic he changed termostat and water pump but it continues to do the same thing. Now i'm told it might be blown head gaskets. If it is what do you think about Steel Seal to fix it?

O% oil means it needs changed, or reset, normal

have it pressure tested again, still have a leak somewhere, as far as a headgasket goes the gasket really doesnt blow its the threads in the block for the headbolts that let go, sealer wont help
