1997 Cadillac Deville power windows

My power windows, electric trunk pop, and electric gas door won't work. I changed my turn signal flasher and since then they won't work. I don't know if I accidentally disconnected something under the dash or if I blew a fuse. Anyway I don't know where to start. I also can't find the location of the fuse or relay for these parts. alittle help please

these are all on the same circuit so most likely a fuse was just blown. check the 30-amp circuit breaker fuse. unfortunately i don't have a diagram so not sure which fuse it is, just know its 30 amp and in the trunk fuse box, not the underhood fuse box.
