IT SOUNDS YOU HAVE A PIN OUT OF PLACE TAKE OF THE FRONT WHEELS AND EACH WHEEL NEXT TO THE SHOCK YOU HAVE A LITTLE PUMP WITH A STEEL BAR HANGING IT MUST BE CONNECTED TO THE LOWER ARM CHECK IT IT MIGHT BE DISCONNECTED
