Are you sure it is not an ignition misfire, rather than sticking injectors. Regular unleaded should not have caused sticking injectors, it should have maybe had some pinging at the worst. The flashing SES indicates a catalyst damaging misfire. You could have a faulty coil, plug, wire, low/no compression, or a faulty injector.
