1996 Cadillac Deville its missing and dont no why

ok i have a 1996 cadillac sedan deville with a 4.6 northstar v8. When u start it up and put it in gear it wont to hesitate in going then it goes fine. When it is sitting iding in drive u feel it missing but when its sitting in park it feels like its not i change the plugs in it and it did fine for a while but now its doing it again. Does anyone no what this could be.

Engine running rough or misfiring can be cause by the following:

1.Defective spark plug
2.Inadequate spark/coil,defective spark plug wire.
3.Lack of compression
4.False air leakage.
5.Faulty fuel injectors.
6.Insufficient fuel pressure.
7.Contaminated fuel.
8.EGR valve that is leaking.
9.Oxygen sensors.
10.Throttle position sensor.
11.Idle air control valve.
