1997 Cadillac Deville fuel pressure specs

Need to know the fuel pressure reading for KOEO and fuel pressure for KOER and also how to tell if the fuel pump or the fuel pressure regulator needs replaced?

Key on should be near 40-45 psi, running should be about the same. When running and the regulator vacuum hose is disconnected, the pressure should rise to 45-50. Check for fuel in the regulator vacuum line, or out the fitting. If there is no fuel pressure, check power and ground to the pump.
