if the cv joint was on tight could it be the transmission that is making the clicking noise when you turn wheel to the right while driving

Hi there, the clicking of a CV is internal wear with in the joint, you won't feel this wear by hand, it is a load bearing fault, i would have the CV inspected by a qualified mechanic.
