HOW DO I ACCESS THE (BCM) FROM THE BACK SEAT

You should be able to access it through the trunk.

ARE THERE ANY BOLTS OR SCREWS TO TAKE OFF,IF SO, WHERE ARE THEY? AND IS THERE A WAY TO LET DOWN BACK SEAT

I don't have any details on that. If your accessing through the trunk, you won't need to move the seat,

There should be just a fabric shield there covering that stuff.
