Cadillac devilla won, t start reads wait3 minutes and start still won, t start. After 6 hour try agian and it starts but reads car may not start do to anti theft system. WHATS WRONG?

More than likely, you have a failing ignition lock cylinder. The wires that read the pellet value are small, and over time break under normal use. The preferred repair is to replace the cylinder and keys. There are options available to bypass the system, I am not a real expert on that. It would involve substituting the resistance value of the key, somewhere in the circuit, triggering the system into acting like it would if there was always a good key in place.
