1996 Cadillac Deville no heat or air conditioning

The blower is at high speed al the time, no heat or air, can not adjust blower speed or temperature. It is a auto system

Have you tried scanning your codes, push off and warmer at the same time, with key in the on position, on your heater controls. Look at the IP for the codes. If you cant pull codes you need to replace the heater head

Im looking for loss of serial data to the heater
