cadillac makes noise, you can only hear it inside car, sounds like it's coming from wheels or rooters. need to know how manty quarts of oil to put in, how many quarts of trans fluid, should i change spark plugs? car run good just need lite tune up

it holds 8 qt of oil, go to a shop that has a trans flush machine and have all the trans flud changed, at 126k, a tune means plugs, wires, fuel filter, buy good ones not autozone specials, far as the noise need more info?
