1996 Cadillac Deville V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

how would i change out my broken turn signal switch. i go to crockett high school and i am in the auto-tech program now for three years. i would really like to know how to do it my self. thank you.

Is it the turn signal switch that is broken, or the wand that houses the cruise/wipers as well.
