Generally CV joints will make more noise when turning, while bad bearings will do it all the time.
Inspect the inner and outer CV boots for lubricant leakage. If you find any, replace the CV axle.
Raise the car and put on jackstands, grasp wheel and see if there is any lateral or vertical movement, if so, it would be a bearing, ball joint, tie rod or bushing.
