I stopped for gas filled up and was about to leave station.I started the car and the E started flashing on gas gauge I turned on headlights and the warning chime came on that you get when you take the key out and leave the lights on.Also at the same time I lost power to AC COMPRESSOR-BUTTON TO OPEN TRUNK and BUTTON TO OPEN GAS CAP DOOR.I checked all fuses and the 4 relays on top of drivers side wheel well and fuse panel in trunk all ok,what now?

Could the chime have came to indicate low fuel?, it sounds like you have more than one problem. On the flashing E and the chime, You could have a sender that is failing indicating false low fuel, or gauge inaccuracy. The fuel door-gas door issue, does it have a valet lockout switch that could be on? Is the climate system defaulting to econ, auto not selectable?
